The Application in One Paragraph

Critical Control Management links the whole mine-safety compliance chain: publications (legislation, recognised standards, guides) are distilled into requirements and site obligations; principal hazards are broken into scenarios and material unwanted events, each defended by critical controls with performance standards; controls are verified in the field on schedules, failures raise deficiencies with operational restrictions; adverse events are linked back to the hazards and controls that should have prevented them, and investigated; corrective actions drive work orders whose completion never restores a control by itself — an independent restoration verification does; audits, management of change, principal hazard management plans, KPIs and notifications close the governance loop.
